Hôtel Swexan

Deliverables: Digital & 35mm

I was so intrigued when I read about the many different international and cultural influences that make Hôtel Swexan what it is. It begins with the exterior, designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. It was the leather chair I sat in, sipping my martini, nestled in the dark corner of the French-influenced bar Isabelle’s. It was the sink I used off the pool deck, watching suds gather in the 500lb, imported stone water basin from Morocco. Every detail was consistently thoughtful and intentional. I was constantly catching myself amazed and impressed by the details, the intricacies, and the lengths the Swexan team went to to pull off this masterpiece of design.
